Guide Development Program

Oct 16-19, 2023  |  Red Rock Canyon, Nevada 

 

The four day program will offer a compassionate space to refresh on SPI terrain, expand on multi-pitch terrain, and offer "friendtorship" opportunities among participants. Participants will also have opportunities to participate in fireside chats and strategic debriefs with the All In Retreat.

Requirements

  • Formal guide training (e.g. Single pitch instructor, alpine skills course, rock guide course. etc.)

  • Strong commitment to continue ice guiding and instructing

  • Commitment to guiding at All In Ice Fest 2024 in Ouray, CO

  • Identify as being part of a historically marginalized community

  • Wilderness First Responder
