Avalanche Awareness in Ice Climbing

This one-day clinic is for those who may be entering, or approaching, avalanche terrain while ice climbing. Focus will be on terrain identification, basic avalanche mechanics, travel strategies, and decision-making. This clinic will begin indoors and then shift outdoors in the afternoon.
