Program Director
Elizabeth Sahagún (she/her) aka Dr. Boss aka Loki's mom is a first generation Mexican-American neuroscientist, alpinist, and founder of All In Ice Fest. She has been climbing for 5 years and finds as much joy making others feel safe and supported as she does wandering around the mountains.

Mari Simpson-Hirata (they/them) is a queer, trans and nonbinary climber who is a settler on unceded Duwamish lands in so-called Seattle, WA. They’re also an AMGA single pitch instructor. They've been a guide and organizer for All In Ice Fest since 2022.

Rosie Sanchez (she/her/ella) brings her organization and enthusiasm to the All In team! When she's not outside climbing, she's in school pursuing her PhD in Carnivore Ecology, working on the reintroduction of Wolverines to Colorado, or volunteering with Latino Outdoors Colorado and always ALWAYS looking for ways to make Colorado's public lands more inclusive and inviting for all.

Coralia Sevilla (she/her) is not just an elementary school teacher, but also an indoor climbing instructor at the Calgary Climbing Centre. She serves as the Vice President of the Not-for-Profit organization, Soul of Miistaki ("Miis-dah-gee"- Blackfoot for Mountain). Her passion revolves around ensuring climbing is accessible to all, and she takes delight in her mission to foster community and build strong connections within climbing.
